What is Takoyaki?
Takoyaki is round pastry made from flour, eggs, ginger, and various ingredients and is stuffed with diced octopus. We make it by cooking the mixture on a special steel plate with dents and rolling it as it is being cooked until ball-shaped.
We put sauce or bonito stock(dashi) and garnish bonito flakes and nori on it.
